6203 need no rebuild in this stage: they ship nothing built against an interpreter and the default moving leaves their binaries installable, so a rebuild would publish the archive's own bytes at a version that outranks them. They are in the total and no later stage rebuilds them either. Their tests under the new default are not tracked here: Debian's own runs answer for those once it moves in unstable.
